While this redesign was conceptually rooted in research and behavior mapping, the expected outcomes include increased user satisfaction, booking frequency, and rewards redemption. These features are intentionally designed to increase engagement across user types, creating a self-sustaining system where increased bookings drive reward visibility, which in turn drives even more engagement.
